An astringent is a key skincare product that clears the skin of debris, deep cleanses and shrinks the appearance of pores. Astringent formulas often include alcohol in the ingredients. Alcohol provides cleansing benefits ideal for fighting and reducing acne.

After applying your Sea Breeze product, we recommend waiting at least thirty (30) seconds to allow your Sea Breeze to work thoroughly and once your skin is completely dry, you can apply a different product.

Astringent is a vital part of the skin-care regimen most often used post cleanser. Wash face with clean hands and pat dry with a clean towel. After drying, add an ample amount of product to a clean cotton swab or ball (depending on how much astringent you need). Brush across the face (avoiding eyes and mouth) evenly, or simply apply to areas that require cleansing.

Sea Breeze products can be used multiple times a day. If this is your first time using astringents, it’s recommended to begin with moderate use (once a day) and work your way up. Or, consult your doctor for tailored usage direction.
